retrobat is not designed to be executed as administrator and...
You try to run Retrobat.exe but you get this message:
retrobat is not designed to be executed as administrator and...
User Account Control (UAC) is a protection mechanism introduced on Windows since Windows Vista.
Although not recommended, you can completely disable UAC on your computer at your own risk.
It may be necessary to deactivate it, for reasons of comfort, to avoid having a confirmation request on certain games that require higher privileges to work, for example: Mario Kart DX on the Teknoparrot system.
This is why we advise you to deactivate it only if your PC is not connected to the internet.
But if you get this message, it's not because you have UAC disabled, but because you are trying to run Retrobat.exe in administrator mode.
Either you right-clicked on Retrobat.exe and you chose "Run as administrator" or you are logged in under Windows on a "Super administrator" account, which automatically launches all applications as administrator.
For obvious security reasons, we do not allow Retrobat to run as an administrator.
